PLACING AN ORDER
GIGI & ZAZA is an online boutique retailer. Orders can be easily placed online at www.gigiandzaza.com using our secure server or by e-mail at order@gigiandzaza.com.
PAYMENT POLICY
GIGI & ZAZA accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For security purposes, please do not send cash or request CODs.
SALES TAX
Sales Tax will be charged at a rate of 7% to New Jersey and 9.75% to California residents. All the shipments out of the states of New Jersey and California will not be charged.
GIFT OPTION
To send the shoes as a gift, select “GIFTWRAPPING” on the product page during the checkout. Your item will be wrapped in paper and finished with our GIGI & ZAZA stamp. You can also include a personalized message. GIGI & ZAZA applies $3.00 gift charge for each shipment sent.
SHIPPING TO THE US
GIGI & ZAZA ships domestic orders FedEx ground. You will receive your order in two to seven business days from the date your order was placed. All single item orders will be charged at a rate of $9.00. For every two pairs of shoes in the same order, the second one ships free (for example: on an order of two pairs you pay $9.00 while on an order of either three or four pairs you would pay $18.00). For earlier delivery, we’re happy to expedite your shipping with FedEx Second Day delivery (2-3 days) for $15.00 charge and FedEx Standard Overnight delivery for $25.00 charge. We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, military bases, as well as P.O. Boxes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
GIGI & ZAZA ships international orders via USPS Priority Mail. Our flat rate to ship to Canada is $24.00 for up to two pairs of shoes within the same order; larger orders will receive progressive discounts on the incremental shipping charges. For all international destinations other than Canada, we charge a flat shipping rate of $34.00 for up to two pairs of shoes within the same order; larger orders will receive progressive discounts on the incremental shipping charges.
Orders will be shipped once your credit card has been approved for all charges and the billing address has been verified. All shipments must be delivered to your credit card billing address only.
The receiver will be responsible for all taxes and customs duties. We are in no way responsible for any delays in shipping including international customs issues.
RETURN & EXCHANGES
Non sale returns must be made within 15 days of order delivery date.
All returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, (excluding gift packaging), for a complete refund. We do not refund shipping charges. Your return mailing charges are reimbursable only if the item is being returned due to damage/defect; claims must be made via e-mail (order@gigiandzaza.com) within five business days of package arrival.
We can only credit the card used for the original purchase. We cannot credit a different card. We do not give refunds by cash or check.
No returns will be accepted beyond 15 days after date of delivery.
Please understand that we cannot guarantee the availability of the same item for exchanges. New shipping charges will be incurred for the new order.

SALE ITEM AND GIFT RETURN POLICY
All discounted merchandise is final sale.
Gift items are subject to our return policy as stated above but only store credit can be issued to the gift recipient. We can only credit the card used for the original purchase. We cannot credit a different card.
In order to properly process your return, please complete the Return/Exchange Merchandise Form included with your shipment and be sure to indicate the email address where you would like store credit information sent.
BACKORDERED SHOES
GIGI & ZAZA sometimes has shoes for sale that have been sold out and are in the process of being restocked. You can reserve those shoes and we will ship them as soon as they will arrive to our distribution center. An estimated date of arrival is usually listed on the page. We are not responsible for possible delays on the projected date.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any personal information you provide to us is maintained on secure servers and our internal systems.
We do not sell or share any customer information with third parties.
Our online security provides ordering with maximum security and privacy.
